Vice President, Marketing and Strategy
Virginia Brailey leads the marketing team and is responsible for contributing to the growth and direction of ADP Canada. She is responsible for strategic planning, go-to-market strategies and product marketing, demand generation, brand, market intelligence and corporate communications. Reporting to the President, ADP Canada, Virginia is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Since joining ADP in early 2015, Virginia has led the successful launch of the company’s ground-breaking comprehensive HR outsourcing service.
Virginia joined ADP with 25 years of marketing, strategic planning, product management and communications experience in the technology, telecommunications and natural resources industries. Most recently she was Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Cogeco Data Services, where she successfully launched the company’s first cloud services and led award-winning branding and marketing campaigns.
Prior to her eight-year career with Cogeco, Virginia held senior marketing and communications roles with Telecom Ottawa (now Rogers Business Solutions), CompanyDNA, Hydro One and Noranda.
Virginia holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Toronto, and certificates from Queen’s University and the Canadian Securities Commission.
Virginia is a mentor with the Mentor Exchange program American Marketing Association, lives in Toronto and is a dedicated patron of the arts, particularly ballet.
