As Managing Director, Marketing and Digital Strategy for the Government of Ontario, Jennifer leads an integrated and agile team responsible for brand and marketing, digital content, insights and analytics, and creative services. Her Cabinet Office team operates as a centre of excellence for the Ontario brand, driving alignment and establishing enterprise-wide standards while pushing boundaries to ensure the metrics meet the magic through insights-driven creative. Working across all provincial ministries, Jennifer has spearheaded multiple award-winning campaigns and programs including those for the ministries of Health, Education, Economic Development and Tourism, Culture and Sport and Foodland Ontario,.
In her previous role, as Director of Brand and Marketing for Metrolinx, Jennifer led the vision for brand, digital and marketing strategy across the GTHA’s regional transit organization. The goal: to help residents find ways to spend more time living and less time commuting and build public support for the largest transit infrastructure development in Canadian history. With marketing oversight of the organization’s multi-brand portfolio, including GO Transit, UP Express and PRESTO, Jennifer also championed a new corporate-wide brand strategy and played a key consultative role on new private-sector partnerships and customer experience innovation with a focus on long-term revenue generation.
Jennifer’s expertise in both public and private sector environments spans marketing, digital transformation, PR, issues management and corporate communications. She is fueled by a passion for people and a determination to build responsibly brave brands.
