Seen as the Brand and Marketing advocate, Carol is recognized for her ability to build businesses and to build, high performance teams. Passionate about, insights that drive performance, the customer experience, product innovation, the power of data, and digital marketing.
Carol held senior leader positions with Suncor Energy working on the Petro-Canada business, as a member of Leadership teams for 18 years. This included, Director of Marketing for the Lubricants division and various roles on the Retail side, the last position being Sr. Director Brand, Communications and Insights. Prior to this, Carol was VP Marketing at Black Photo Corporation, and held various marketing roles in packaged goods organizations.
Carol loves continual learning and personal development for herself and her teams, to achieve their full potential. She received her Certified Executive Coach credentials from Royal Roads University and is practising as an executive coach. She looks forward to mentoring.
