Kristi Knowles

Kristi began her career at Unilever Canada, after graduating with Honors from Queen’s University, where she learned the ropes across a wide variety of marketing, category, sales and customer roles. With a solid commercial foundation, she moved on to become Senior Director of Marketing at Campbell’s Soup Company, developing an award winning and business building campaign on the flagship soup business while leading their Health and Wellness strategy.
In 2008, she joined Molson Coors Canada, where she quickly rose up through the ranks to VP Marketing, working on extraordinary global brands like Heineken and Mille, and local gems like Rickards and Carling. Next, Kristi forged new ground by taking on Innovation and Insights and creating the company’s inaugural Portfolio Strategy which continues to guide their planning process today. It’s during this time that she expanded the Molson Coors portfolio to include Cider and Ready-to-Drink beverages while delivering the strongest innovation plan in the history of the company.
Kristi embraces the unknown, is curious and determined to make a difference, and has a bias for action. She is a natural coach and mentor and has a knack for assessing talent and assembling the right teams for the job at hand. Her success comes with a ‘Swiss Army Knife’ skillset; Equal parts futurist, strategist, provocateur, expert, trailblazer, planner, innovator and leader. As a veteran marketer, she understands the power of communication and puts it to use as a change agent with her stakeholders.
Outside of work, Knowles is an avid fitness enthusiast, having grown up in Quebec as a competitive equestrian. She loves skiing, yoga, travel, gardening, cooking and hanging out with her awesome friends and family
